Restaurant in Groix Restaurant La Marine

Restaurant La Marine is an integral part of the Hotel and opens nicely onto the garden and its terrace. In the kitchens, Olivier Beurné, starred chef at the famous restaurant Amphi[tryon] in Lorient, has put his team there and offers local cuisine all year round in the “bistronomy” spirit, simple and tasty.

“It is not a question of making a starred table, but a beautiful island gastronomy based on the quality products of the island”. In the kitchen, the chef talks about bringing a few emblematic dishes from Groix up to date and sharing his encounters and favorites on the plate: Erwan the abalone supplier, Julien the mussel producer, organic market gardeners and all the others.

The restaurant, which has already had several lives, is completely renovated. But chef Olivier Beurné assures us: the soul and spirit of the place are intact.

The opening of the restaurant is scheduled for June 2022.

The restaurant is open 7 days a week from June to September (lunch and dinner) from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Open all year.
